About Raphaël

Raphaël Miolane is a transformational leader specialised in turnaround and special situations. He has significant experience in a number of Chief Transformation Officer (“CTO”), Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), Advisor and Board roles. Combining his dual experience of consulting and executive management in development, transformation and restructuring positions, Raphaël has significant experience in unlocking performance and growth. He has deep expertise in developing distinctive strategies and driving flawless execution for clients with a focus on establishing customer centricity, designing unique guest experiences and solutions, as well as delivering exceptional service.

After six years with Procter & Gamble, where Raphaël held several sales and marketing positions, he joined the Boston Consulting Group (“BCG”) where he led numerous projects in the Retail, Food and Telecoms industries.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Raphaël worked at YUM! Brands for nearly 10 years, serving in CFO and CEO positions at KFC and Pizza Hut in France, wider Europe and Canada. For four years, he has held CEO mandates in the Courtepaille, Le Duff and Subway groups in France and abroad. 

Raphaël is a Young President Organisation officer for the French and Eurostar Chapter, a Certified Coach and a Member of the International Coach Federation. He is also an advisor for STS Capital Partners, an M&A boutique for entrepreneurial business owners.

Relevant Experience:

• Served as Interim CEO, Chief Restructuring Officer and Chief Transformation Officer in stressed or distressed situations, where he led major transformation and turnaround programs and restructuring in France and Europe
• Gained experience across a variety of sectors including Packaged Goods, Agriculture, Food, Retail, Restaurant, Retail Bank and Telecom, Media and Technology
