Key Account Manager UK (M/F)
Based in England
The role:
In direct collaboration with our Export Director, you will be responsible for increasing our sales in the UK.
You will be proactive in prospecting new key partners, challenging and monitoring the development our existing ones. You will be on the ground with selective shops and also will be energizing the Blue Chips activity.
In partnership with your Director, you will participate in creating a Marketing & Sales strategy. You will be responsible in its implementation and objective achievements.
In collaboration with the Marketing Department, namely the Trade Marketing Team, you will propose and set up our marketing actions and market analysis. (Participation in trade fairs, sales energization, Merchandising, benchmarking…).
As a second step, and according to results, you will participate to the establishment of our subsidiary in the UK. You will set up and manage a British team which will speed up the business development and group brands on the market.
The profile:
You have a degree in trade with a 3 to 5 years relevant experience in sales, ideally in the British baby market. You're a talented and motivated salesperson. You are able to master natural communication and management skills. You will have a key role in “boosting” our brand in the UK by persuasion or innovation abilities.
Your tenacity, organization method and negotiation skills will be also a key in this role.
