For this 4th video on reconversion, we met Aurélien Coste, a 2005 ESC Clermont graduate, manager and barista of the Clinton Hill Coffee Shop in Clermont-Ferrand.

After 15 years in the web industry, 12 of which were spent in the United States, Aurélien decided to leave New York to return to France in 2019 with his family and give a new direction to their lives, combining his passion for coffee and his desire to be in direct contact with customers.
